Ardans Knowledge Maker® (AKM) has been designed to serve as the platform underpinning the organisation’s knowledge management system. AKM is built around AKM Kernel®—the core of the solution—enabling the management of knowledge in the form of structured records via a simple, user-friendly web interface. Depending on the business objective, one or more companion modules can be integrated with this core. Depending on the IT architecture, AKM interacts with AI agents just as it does with conventional information systems.

Ardans Information Maker® (AIM) has been designed to serve as a software toolkit for developing an organisation’s information management system.
Ardans Information Maker® is therefore the tool designed to create custom web-based management applications enabling data to be shared efficiently within the organisation. Configurable, customised data entry forms guide users through their tasks, maximizing efficiency while preventing conflicts or unnecessary duplication of information within the centralised database.

Leveraging these flagship products, Ardans offers specialized industrial solutions:
- COP supports stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of their Communities of Practice;
- EKB produces "e-K.book®" electronic knowledge books—custom-made and license-free—to preserve or transfer knowledge;
- A²I is the AKM Assistant that supports users in consulting, contributing to, and leveraging the most of their knowledge base, powered by frugal AI.

Since its inception, Ardans has been working with sensitive data, information and knowledge, as these are intrinsic to its clients’ core business and expertise.

The tools and applications developed by Ardans incorporate the necessary security levels to protect these sensitive assets. We carry out security audits both in-house and in collaboration with our clients’ Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) to verify the protection of our live systems.
